Matt Maupin an Army soldier missing in Iraq for several years has finally had his remains found.
I am good friends with a guy that grew up with Matt and was supposed to serve with him in the convoy that was attacked so I have kept pretty good ties into the news of this young hero (as has much of our part of the world).
Born July 13, 1983. Murdered sometime between April 9, 2004 and June 28, 2004.
I am glad that his mom and dad get to put their son to rest on American soil.
