So I play basketball two nights a week, and I eat a lot. A LOT. So I now weigh right around 250lbs. I really need to weigh around 200lbs.
So effective today I am going on primarily a salad diet., with some fat free dressing. Now I'll have to splurge once a week for some meat and/or spaghetti.
Expect weekly updates on my progress. The goal is 200!
